Because most of our products are manufactured to order and customized for each client, our return policy is designed around manufacturing quality rather than standard retail returns.
Our Policy
Custom products are not returnable.
Products manufactured according to your approved specifications, colors, branding, measurements, materials, packaging, or other custom requirements cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of a change of mind.
Important: Custom-made and private-label products are only eligible for return, replacement, or resolution when there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Production
If the delivered product materially differs from the approved sample or confirmed production specification.

Review Required
Claims are reviewed before a return, replacement, credit, or other resolution is approved.
Non-Returnable
Cases not covered by the return policy.
- Change of mind after production has been completed.
- Custom sizing, branding, colors, materials, labels, or packaging approved by the customer.
- Minor differences that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
- Damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper storage, wear, or handling.
- Products modified or repaired without prior approval.
